Superb goaltending from Jake Brennan lets the Titans salvage point out of loss.
The Titans were outplayed on Monday night against the Subways, but were able to salvage an Shootout-loss point due to excellent goaltending from rookie netminder Jake Brennan.
Brennan stopped 59 of 62 shots in the loss, many of which highlight-reel saves, keeping the Titans within striking distance.
The Titans were able to pull even with two goals in the third period, but were unable to score in the shootout.
The Titans must improve on this performance, as they know that undisciplined play and lack of committment will just not cut it.
The Titans look to rebound next Saturday night at the Civic, when the Cape Breton Tradesmen come to town.
